Erie Insurance named to USA TODAY’s ‘America’s Best Customer Service in Financial Services’ list

ERIE among top 500 companies recognized nationally for high-quality service

Erie Insurance (ERIE) has been named to USA TODAY’s 2026 "America’s Best Customer Service in Financial Services” list.

USA TODAY partnered with research firm Plant-A Insights to evaluate more than 30,000 U.S. customers’ experiences with more than 2,500 financial services companies. The study reviewed customer evaluations across multiple dimensions of customer service, including satisfaction, professional competence, problem solving, transparency, reliability and friendliness. Based on those evaluations, the top 500 companies were selected for the 2026 list.

“This recognition reflects the commitment our teams bring to serving customers every day,” said Sarah Shine, executive vice president, Experience and Customer Service, at Erie Insurance. “We’re proud to support our policyholders, both directly and through independent local agents, often in their greatest times of need. We’re honored to be recognized based on their feedback.”

The analysis also incorporated more than 75,000 customer reviews from prior USA TODAY studies.
